When we headed into the cafe and got our seats, we had to wait like almost an hour before we were served our lunch,IMG_2066

But the wait was worth it!

This chef, had 5 big woks that he manage to professionally cook Paella, a Spanish type of dish, for me, i shall say its like fried rice.

From start where he started off frying onions, IMG_2072

Ryan, was well behaved, he was so quiet all the while and most of the time sleeping..

one of the dishes were seafood, and look at the amount of..

dish #1,

vegetarian- have carrots, traffic light capcicum, corn, HUGE mushroooms!

 IMG_2140

dish # 2

i have no idea what was inside, but it had lemon, chilli’s and others..

 IMG_2141

dish # 3

it had fried pork skin, fried chicken, lamb, beef. almost all the meat you can eat.

IMG_2143

dish # 4

seafood, all the seafood you can get,

IMG_2145

dish # 5

this was slightly different for a Paella,

its rice was cooked separately and not with the ingredients.

sooner or later, we were all shown the way to help ourselves to how much we want to eat.

there wasnt a rule,

we can eat as much as we want,

go as many times

but just 1 rule,

we cannot mix the serving spoons.

IMG_2148  IMG_2155 IMG_2169 first of all, we thought that with the amount of people,

the dishes will run out fast, but in fact! there was so much FOOD!

anyways, I’m so full after this outing.

Didn’t even bother having dinner!

will blog more..

cheers!
