Spring!!

Signs of spring is visible..

Flowers are blooming all over, more birds are chipping, happier Aussies, happy pets, happy humans..

Update for the last few weeks of Uni..

Finally managed to come out with a design for this ball launching thing.

It’s so simple and really practical. Rather then going to an extend of having moving arms like catapult. Ours was based on the game Pool..

How we hit the cue?

By using a stick! Therefore, our design..

Walah! here it is. The 0.090kg design made out of some lightweight balsa wood. Finished it just in 2 days as we had to let the glue to really dry up.

The testing day was intense.. Everyone was so nervous.

I considered myself very lucky for that particular day..

The challenge was to..

Project the ball from any area, so we choose the green patch which is the furthest from the hole..

Project the ball over the ramp and onto this platform.. On this platform, there is a nuclear plant on the right.. and trees infront of the platform..

At the end of the platform.. there is…

Two holes.. one bigger and one smaller..

For my group, we accidently aimed a bit too far to the right that made the ball hit one of the power plant poles, and bounced back into the platform spinning uncontrollable and rolled into the small hole! how lucky man!

To get the most points,

we had to..

be the lightest device
project it from the furthest distance
accurately let the ball into the small whole…

However we lost to this team… Who built a bridge to transport the ball from one end to the other.. Smart.. but NO BALLSSSSSS!! no guts to project a ball…

We got overall number 2 for that day…

Woots!! here is about my nephew!

he is certainly getting cuter and cuter day by day. Cant wait to see him this weekend..

His smile is seriously very expensive. Whenever we want to grab our camera.. he doesnt want to smile at us anymore=(

On Sunday, we had dinner at Coconut House on Elizabeth Street. I rate the shop 6/10. Not too bad for Malaysian store in Melbourne..

However, there was a setback that I found..

As I always go to different types of restaurants, I would choose their specialties.. For this supper menu, it was the Nasi Lemak Nyonya Curry Chicken that i tried..

But wait.. before ordering. I saw the special one.. so I went for that..

This is what I received.. for a dollar extra… what was so special?

3 extra small shrimps in sambal for 1 dollar extra! OMG!!!

totally a disgrace to Malaysian food!

To start of with this post, I shall update bit of little Ryan,

He’s getting CUTER!!! Chubbier too!

I think he is enjoying the presence of my parents…

Well, back to the main post.

On saturday, we brought my parents and a few friends to Brandy Creek..

I’m sure you dont know where it is, neither do I…

at first..

now i KNOw! and I’m going to tell you!

well, its 130Km off Melbourne City and it takes about 1 and a half hour drive there. Thou its so long, you wont regret it ! seriously!

When we headed into the cafe and got our seats, we had to wait like almost an hour before we were served our lunch,

But the wait was worth it!

This chef, had 5 big woks that he manage to professionally cook Paella, a Spanish type of dish, for me, i shall say its like fried rice.

From start where he started off frying onions,

Threw in all the veg,

more vegs

and 1 of the dish ended up like this..

The chef was some kinda of superstart that day, so many people taking pictures of him..

we had our opportunity to take some pictures with the master chef too!=D

Ryan, was well behaved, he was so quiet all the while and most of the time sleeping..

one of the dishes were seafood, and look at the amount of..

Seafood inside!

mussels, clams, octopus, fish, everything seafood inside!

Here are the five dishes that he made in under and hour..

dish #1,

vegetarian- have carrots, traffic light capcicum, corn, HUGE mushroooms!

dish # 2

i have no idea what was inside, but it had lemon, chilli’s and others..

dish # 3

it had fried pork skin, fried chicken, lamb, beef. almost all the meat you can eat.

dish # 4

seafood, all the seafood you can get,

dish # 5

this was slightly different for a Paella,

its rice was cooked separately and not with the ingredients.

sooner or later, we were all shown the way to help ourselves to how much we want to eat.

there wasnt a rule,

we can eat as much as we want,

go as many times

but just 1 rule,

we cannot mix the serving spoons.

first of all, we thought that with the amount of people,

the dishes will run out fast, but in fact! there was so much FOOD!

anyways, I’m so full after this outing.

Didn’t even bother having dinner!

Williamstown Oysters

It’s so satisfying,

it’s just juicy,

it’s so fresh!

whoever doesnt like it,

will like it!

Seriously,

it’s so fresh!

We brought my parents to Williamstown, just outside the city, for one of the best oysters you will ever have!

The most fresh oysters you will ever have.

This boat is parked at the jetty and guess what!

oysters are sold at a dollar each,

they open it right infront of you, and they sell it till sold out!

we arrived there at 10.30 and bought 4 dozens of oysters…

by 11.30, it was totally sold out!

They were very efficient to open it, they even had machanical openers that wouldnt damage the oysters like how manual openers will do.

We all enjoyed the oysters…

it was so fat and so succulent..

After oysters, we had fish and chips! Look at the huge canon, and if you could see

the puppies, was so hyper and running all over..

unlike this two …… (I’m not to sure what are these two were attraction at vic mart, so small and they poo everywhere!

Not forgetting, it was Ryan’s first time to Lee Ong’s place..

He even occupied the whole sofa. geez.. Look at him trying to observe the whole area…

well, i have a week’s holiday….! yay!

Ryan to explore the world and Dad’s first week in Melbourne

Ryan is officially able to go out from the house! Well, the first day he was out, he went to Vic Mart! and to he really behaved well. A new face to rule every corner of Melbourne is coming soon!

He was so curious all the while and was awake all the while!

This is so cute, Eric tried to make him burp..

He was trying to get use to the new environment and he did a really good job.

My dad’s friends came over to visit us. We had lots of mini pancakes and lots of coffee..

Funny thing is that my dad is an emotional person, but no emotions so far! That’s something different..

He is reactions are much faster compared to previous weeks and he is growing fast!

My dad just arrived Melbourne on Saturday morning,

Took him back to my sister’s place and took him out again for lunch.

We went straight for Andrew’s burger at South Melbourne.

We asked dad,

“how’s the weather?”

COLD!!!

It was actually a fine afternoon, with scattered clouds and very sunny but cold winds, it had signs of SPRING coming! weee!!

We took our burgers, and drove around Albert Park to look for a place to eat..

Driving by, we passed the pit lane for the F1,

as there was no F1, they used it as a Futsal court inside! how cool.

We finally found a decent spot to indulge our burgers.. However, we were surrounded!

FREAKINGly surrounded..

They were not so tall,

they had long necks,

they had feathers,

we were SURROUNDED by

BLACK SWANS!!!

They were so brave to come up beside you and take the burgers away..

Unfortunately I didn’t manage to take any pictures as my hands were filled with the large burger and I was nicely eating it..=)

Here’s my parents playing around with Ryan! He responded many times and it reminded me on how my dad used to play around with me when I was at Ryan’s age!

I have 2 test coming up, Thermo and Solids!

argh! and and and! 4 more assignments to finish! I’m in deep trouble…

1 month and 1 week old

My nephew, at 1 month and 1 week old..

He is getting heavier and heavier day by day…

not only that! he is getting chubbier too!

It’s fun to watch him grow week by week.

I manage to get his attention and for a very long time too.

Manage to play around with him for about 45 minutes…

and about noon time, its bath time!!

His favourite bath time.. and with the water so warm.. it makes him so comfortable and relaxed..

He kicks and pushes all over. my mum makes him exercises by placing him at the end of the tub and he will launch himself forward. How cute!=D

Mt Buller Trip

Winter! finally! Finally experienced winter in my life! and how good it was! yeah! it was damn good!

It was actually my first time playing around with snow. This time, I went to Mt. Buller!

Let’s express it based on pictures yeah!?

On the way up the hill, we had signs on SNOW! wuhu!

However, it wasnt cold for that particular day! it was so hot! about 12 degrees..

making it worst was the amount of people up on the hill! there was heaps of them!

First of all, we had our feet measured for the correct boot size.

Mind you, this is now my leg, it was my sisters. its size 6 okay? get it? I’m size 10..

And here it was! my ultimate boot! looking good so far! right?

of course it does.. but hold on..

We were all so hyped up about skiing! seriously! we even practiced on Wii!

We soon geared up..

and went off for our practice sessions.. and to tell you, it wasnt easy at all!

This is the result of super noob. I couldnt get my balance and i feel flat on the ice..

with my knee still recovering.. I couldnt get myself up.

Now the fun starts to fade.

I started to know the dangers of skiing..

What more, I was on flat ground, not even on the slops.

I was going to go through time of hell. and yeah! I did.

Just look at the amount of people behind me. The hill was practically full!

heard of the holden express?

its a chair lift that brings us up to the mountain.

After our two hour intense training we were told to just practice our new skills at the gradual slopes..

but guess what…

we went straight UP!

Up to the mountain, where gradients of slopes were unimaginable. That was the peak behind me, and yeah! it was so high!

With the skii’s, I looked even taller…

When we were up there,

we started to get hungry, seriously hungry.

To our surprise, up the hill, the snow was much nicer and smoother, that’s when more problems started for my sister and me.

Know how we have parking lots? This is Ski lots. Where we park our skii’s when we are not using them.. I had a chance to play snow ball! =D had a head shot on my brother! wuhu!

During lunch, we had some discussions about how to ski well, I had a more basic idea and probably gained some idea.

As some saying goes, saying it is easy, performing it is hard.

Yes, I believed that happened to me!

After lunch, we got on our ski’s again and went down the hill, thats when I had like DAMN many falls and rolled down the hill.

Fall no 10…

Stood up, and FELL AGAIN!!

This was the part where it was too steep for us, that we decided to just walk down.. Here you go, Sister just pushed herself and she slide all the way down.

It was amazing that other people just flew down the slope and they could even brake in time!

This one was funny,

You see this T bar thingy ?

It’s like a chair lift, something similar, but this, you just stand there and get pulled forward. where a bar will go behind your bum and pull u up,

as beginners, we were so happy to go up, but… for me.. something happened..

See the snow ramp behind my brother? It was the end of the Tbar pulley thing. And guess what!

I WENT INTO IT!!!!

AMBARSSINGLY i couldnt turn to the direction i was suppose to go,

I Went straight towards it.

and fell!

we then ski-ed down till the bottom and as soon as we were down there, it was time to go back.=(

Upon returning the equipment, I was seriously TIRED!

I didn’t get much sleep the day before and I skiied the whole day!

and what was worst, since i was standing at one spot to rest, my siblings nicely placed their skiis on me to keep an eye on. What a bully!

We had some spear time before heading back, and we took some group pictures, and thats when we met this guy who was so glad to be asked to take pictures and it turned out that he was "good” in taking it.

After 11 shots, we finally got a nice picture. Thanks!=D

We gathered up for dinner at my sis’s place and oh my! I ate a lot! Seriously A LOT!!

There was roast pork.. ( SIEW YOK )

It was so juicy and the skin was superbly crunchy..

There was Roast Lamb with roasted potatoes.. The lamb tasted well.. and it was almost done. That’s what made me ate a LOT!

For the veg, we had baked capsicum with pumpkin…

4 months of Uni, has just passed and my semester 1 has ended. To think about it! it’s so fast!

and Sem 2 is starting. All passing in a glimpse! Crap!!

It’s winter!

This will be my first time experiencing winter in my whole life! Being in Malaysia for almost 18 years and finally I’m experiencing the real winter of Australia. Well, its technically not the type of winter you get in Genting Highlands snow land, but rather a super erratic weather where at times it can be very cold and wet or dry and cold!

It has been raining for the pass few days and it seems that it will be like that throughout the winter period. Which just leads to one problem! I have to get new shoes!

But anyways, have been busy preparing for my finals

Thus leaves me here to continue my study and maybe put up some pictures that I’ve taken recently..

A weird occasion to see while i was shopping in Vic Mart. The shop was closed but yet they put up some avocadoes on sale.

Just love the sight of brown leaves on the side of the walkway..

Not long ago, I got really fed up with the knife the house owner supplied, trust me, it was HORRIBLE! thus, i seek recommendation from Ken Way knowing that he has a passion of keeping knives. I was so happy to have bought my own knife! It cut so well and I almost cut myself too! anyways, that wasnt the thing. The thing was I was careless on what I used it to cut with! At first I didnt know that it was only for fruits and vegetables. But i went to an extend of cutting chicken bones and stuff! and there goes my beautiful knife!

DENTS on it! small dents! argh!

anyways, lucky it is not that expensive.

and now! im back to my studies! wish me luck!

June! World Cup Fever

Its June! and guess what!

the world Cup fever is back! After waiting 4 tiring years, World Cup is back in South Africa. Looking at the group stages, I guess it will feature many interesting matches as some underdogs can bite hard on the big and tough teams. With just then 5 days to the kickoff from the group stages I’m hoping to get lots of updates and news from South Africa.

While the players are preparing for their matches, I’m preparing for my exams! Have 3 test papers to sit which is Mechanics, Eng Design and Maths C which will last for 3 weeks and each held every week! The most weirdest amongst all is that my exam is not being held in RMIT itself but in St. Kilda.. In the Sports and Aquatic arena. Not only that, it’s going to be held in the Ping Pong Arena. I dont know whether I can really concentrate or I might be playing ping pong in the sky instead.

Anyways, back to the World Cup. The teams that I’m going to support during the group stages are

The first week of May

May!!! the start of the busy days! what did I do so far?

Like the 1st day of May! I happen to go for the farmers market nearby. They sold lots of varieties of food and drinks. It’s sort of fun fair.

This was nice, Gozleme, some sort of Turkish Murtabak..

it has some veg and lots of oil…

its nice to have it during a cold day and eaten when it’s hot!

It was held in the North Melbourne primary school.

Its held every first Sunday of every month..

If you’re in Melbourne, why not give the market a little try..

IKEA!!! the wonderful dinner!

Have you ever spend so much for dinner in IKEA before?

It’s a lot!

drinks, dessert, entree and main dishes..

not only that!

we didn’t pay much for it!

see, this was the deal Ikea gave ppl who visited that particular day…

the deal was, eat as you like, shop there and the food that you ate earlier is free!

meaning, if you spend 50 dollars on food,

buy a furniture of 80 dollars,

you only pay 30 dollars!

Try to beat that deal!!

Anyways, I got to get my design assignment started.

It will be a busy week ahead for me!

Melbourne Zombie Shuffle

Have you heard about a zombie shuffle? It’s an event where people start to dress up as zombies and just roam the city.

So happen, it happened in Melbourne during the weekend. I was suppose to meet up Jien Kit for Australia’s Hamburgers “Andrew’s hamburgers”. We planned to meet up around 1.30 at Melbourne Central. That’s when I notice some parade going on.

I was on Elizabeth street and noticed some huge crowd gathering around the national library. A sea of people!

I quickly paced myself to Swanston street and found out there were zombies walking all over. Which actually gave me a scare, thinking what has gone wrong to Melbourne and I actually thought i was in a dream. But after awhile, I realized there was a parade going on. Lucky the zombies are not allowed to touch people but only to scare them. However, they were already superbly scary and somehow very creative.

At first, it was quite scary, but after awhile, I started to laugh at them as their theme and dress ups were very funny! Like this Wedding Zombie..

Accordingly, this is the 6th year of this event. Host by some private organization. Not only that, the numbers of participation has been growing rapidly. Last year was only about 3000 people but this year was about 16000 people. Guess what!? all thanks to FACEBOOK! everything was organized through Facebook! If you’re in Melbourne next year on the first weekend of May, join the crowd and join the group of Facebook. It’s called Melbourne Zombie Shuffle.

For next year, I’m planning to participate!

More on that day, after meeting up with Jien Kit and having a superb hamburger..

We decided to take a walk to the beach since it was..

Such a beautiful day!

So happen it was 22 degrees and sunny with no clouds!

what a perfect day to go to the beach!

We were around Albert park and St kilda beach wasn’t very far away.

And that’s when the crazy idea came out..

The plan was to walk to Luna park, St Kilda to have trampoline Ice cream!

Which was 3.8 KM away!

That’s far!

We walked all the way there to sacrifice our hamburgers in our stomach for a good ice cream!

Which we did!

On the way there, we found a few sea creatures like this jellyfish! which was quite big! pity, it was wash up the beach..

After 1 hour of walking, we finally reached Luna Park! woots! So happy and glad!

We quickly went to look for trampoline and bought our ice creams..

Jien Kit had an 2 scoop ice cream worth 5.90, whilst mine was 3 scoops worth 6.90!

and to tell you! It was so suffering to finish 3 scoops!

The ice cream was very smooth and had lots of strong flavours which was irresistible! So far, the best ice cream that I had in Melbourne..

That wasn’t just about it,

at night! Met up with my brother to travel all the way to Brunswick street to have Malaysian food!

It was called Malaymas

It took me quite awhile to decide what to eat! As I was practically craving for Malaysian food all the while.. But my all time wannabe to have was Nasi Lemak, and I did try.. my verdict..

Give it a 6/10

The beef rendang was great, thou there wasn’t much meat.. But it was lacking of that kunyit taste which was the crutial part of it.

The sambal was quite spicy but still not up to my standard. It was too watery to be a sambal and didn’t blend with the rice well.

Something else was also missing on the menu that I have been craving for.. they are missing Cendol and ROJAK!!!

argh!

The price for my nasi lemak “special” was a bit ridiculous for the portion I’m getting.
But no doubt, I shall remind myself that I’m in Melbourne. Not Malaysia.

Anyways, it’s not too bad for a Malaysian restaurant in Melbourne. Better then nothing.

ANZAC day 2010

ANZAC day is a national day of remembrance of Australia and New Zealand, and is commemorated by both countries on 25th April every year to honour members of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps who fought at Gallipoli in Turkey during WWI.

On that particular day, people in Melbourne will head down to the Botanical Gardens at South Melbourne for the Dawn service.

However, for me. I was still in bed!

Maybe the following year, I will participate the event and join the parade in the city.

This year I didn’t participate as I was on my way to my sister’s place to spend the long weekend with them!

and what did we do?

We baked!

It takes me almost 45 minutes to get to her place by tram and train. I have to take a tram to Melbourne Central then catch a train towards Werribee.

This particular weekend, we planned to bake and as well to cook together in particularly to advance my cooking technique and skills.

Thus, we started off by first melting our butter. Always remember to melt your butter prior to starting the whole process. Or else, you will have a hard time mixing the sugar and making sure the sugar is dissolved properly.

We planned to make chocolate cake and as well, peanut butter chocolate cake.

In total, we took nearly 45 minutes to an hour to get the flour, sugar, chocolate, eggs mixed up and ready to put into the oven. And always remember to preheat the oven to 160 degrees!

The chocolate was superbly rich and it just melts on your tongue well.

After preparing, it took only 35 minutes to bake and soon after that!

Superbly well! It looked nice! it smells nice!

Thou, it had some problem.. It was a little dry and it breaks easily. We then found out that we didn’t put enough butter!

However, the results turned out well and the chocolate was awesome! A strong rich smell pleased the buds to eat more!

I enjoyed every bit and took my time to finish my share.

Not only that, if you would like to go further,

Heat up the cake and place ice cream on it!

I was in heaven for a moment!

After that, we prepared dinner!

This is a dish where I used to love during my primary school days. It was called Loh Mai Kai, it’s prepared with glutiminious rice with chicken, mushrooms and chinese sausage.

It’s most commonly found in Dim Sum shops and eaten for breakfast or supper.

We made 6 and had 2 for each of us. And to tell you, finishing 1 was tough, I wonder how am I gonna have to 2 in a go? Instead, I packed the other one for my lunch during Uni! woots!

Anyhow, I enjoyed my weekend and loved the public holiday!

This would be the last public holiday until Queen’s birthday around June or July.

Surprised to find frozen eggs

This was totally a surprise!

I didn’t have a meal in mind to cook for dinner, thus I just decided to fry some eggs to go along with some stir fried vegetables to satisfy my stomach for the night.

After cutting the veg and preparing to cook, I decided to take out my eggs from the fridge to prepare frying and then! Thats when I was so surprised to find this!

I was so shocked!

it’s not spoiled/rotten eggs, but frozen eggs!

It even defined gravity!

How amazing is that!

and it looks gross but yet amazing!

Geez.. after awhile looking at this picture, I felt a bit grossed as I saw something else! huhu! anyways, enjoy life!

The start of my independence life..

From 1st April, my independent officially started. I’m no more staying with my brother but will be staying alone with other unknown people tackling the life of a student.

The first week was rather slow and been settling down, unpacking my stuff, getting things right, buying lots of utilities, making myself comfortable.

My room was alright and had most of the essential stuff to survive the upcoming winter. But then, the kitchen was a mess!

Take this for example…

The toaster was toasted! all black, the grill was dirty, the glass was so oily, the tray was so black and there were so much crumps all over.

Not only that, the kettle was totally unusable.

Although it was provided, I decided to get myself a kettle. A much cleaner a whiter kettle. Coz the current one was the hotel type of kettle, where the lid cant be opened to wash or even cleaned. Meaning the kettle has been used for almost a million times without cleaning or been bothered to be changed.

to keep your appetite to eat in the upcoming hours, I shall not put up the picture.

And Happy Easter and Good Friday people!

Went over to Ken Way’s place to have lunch. The lunch was nicely prepared and they even had some souvenirs prepared! He named me Lee Mengatron. Geezz.. Why Megatron? =(

He prepared a few dishes, ranging from Smoked salmon, bbq squid, garden salad, and even dessert which was prepared by Natsuko..

On Sunday, Wei Han from Adelaide came over to spend a few days in Melbourne…

The first night, I brought his group of friends to Sophia, Camberwell.

And the second night, we went all the way to Brighton Beach, just to eat a Japanese buffet. It was at the edge of zone 1 and seriously, I wouldn’t think I could find a shop all this far and right in the middle of a housing estate..

The road heading there was so dark, and the only lighted thing was this shop!

It’s called J’s Surf and Turf restaurant..

Thursdays, I have to attend a morning 8.30 Maths lecture,

Not only that, it’s held in Hoyts cinema…

It’s like GSC back in Malaysia..

the seats are so comfortable.. so much leg space.. till

it’s so comfortable to sleep!

multi event weekend

Never in my life, I attended so many multi events which has been held through the whole weekend.

First, I attended the Engineering Expo at Melbourne Convention centre. There were so many booths and so many people but too bad, it was more for undergraduates in their 2nd and final year. However, I manage to inquire some internship programs which I would need to be doing at the end of my 3rd year.

Spent about an hour there, before we headed off to walk around the Yarra river..

So lucky to catch the city around dusk..

While crossing the river on the bridge,

We found something interesting..

since there were so many migrants coming to Melbourne,

they decided to put up the statistics on the glass of each country..

No doubt, I found Malaysia,

Accordingly, most Malaysians came from Kuching, Kuala Lumpur and Penang. Their main purpose?

becoming professionals.. wuu*

On that weekend! F1 GP was in town..

too bad I couldn’t get any pics with the cars but manage to take the incredible human’s to go to any extend to watch the F1..

As the tickets were sold about $38 - $90 dollars, there are people who are so hard headed to purchase a ticket but rather stand outside to watch. That’s including me!

On Friday, after coming out from the library, I heard some ear buzzing sounds up in the atmosphere. Which was quite annoying. I thought to myself, that couldn’t be the F1. But it was! the noise was so plain and it’s like hearing lots of mosquitos!

I started to get hyped up as in Malaysia, the opportunity to go to the gp, is so slim, but now, i had the opportunity!

Thus, I decided to travel all the way to Albert Park to feel the thrill! Which I did not regret! It was totally awesome!

Not forgetting, I almost got lost on the way there, as it was my first time going towards the south of Melbourne. To make things worst, it started to rain! With all my anticipation thrilled up by the sounds nearby, I did not give up but march on towards the GP.

As I got closer and closer, it became louder and louder till a point where I needed to wear my earphones. When I reached there, I was disappointed as there were blinds and fence all over the circuit. The only way to look in is to go up an elevated area. This was the first solution, is either to stand on the barriers to look into the circuit or walk around to look for a better spot.

I tried walking around, but there was no chance. Till I saw someone climbing up the tree to have a better view! and it did have a better view! I was so delighted!

On the Saturday, I was even more hyped up, when my brother decided to come along! We were quite busy in the morning but manage to find sometime in the evening to watch the Qualifying. I had lots of fun looking for a perfect spot with my brother but too bad the weather wasn’t on our side. It was so gloomy and dark!=(

While we were walking around, I came back to the spot where I was the day before, the red and white barriers.

And now, there were so many people!

Not wanting to give up, my brother and I walked on in search of a perfect spot.

And that’s when we had to use lots of energy and strength to pull ourselves up..

We even surveyed the hot accident zones for next year!

I hope no one chops down the tree or even put some barriers on each tree!

Thou it had so many layers, but the meat taste was so superb!

It seems that this shop is an icon of Melbourne’s food. It’s located on Bourke street towards East Melbourne.

On Saturday morning, I had my first Dim Sum in Melbourne for this year!

Met up with my sister and some other friends.

ate at Crystal Jade restaurant at China Town.

On that weekend as well, there was a Greek event going on. There were games, parties, outdoor clubbing, lots of food, drinks and people!

I even though I could have a ride in this Voyager simulator, which turns out to be for kids only! argh! what a turn off!

and this swing looks cool too. But for kids only! argh!

After the qualifying on Saturday, my brother brought me to South Melbourne to have a look around and had dinner as well.

It seems that this place is quite a high end area and the people were so nice!

they even had this sign!

We didn’t travel all the way there just to look around actually, but just to have this hamburger!

You can get nice big hamburgers with almost anything you want…

Thus i choose THE LOT!!!

Which had bacon, pineapple, cheese, egg, lettuce, more bacon and ham. It’s so big! I mean, Its so huge!!

It was so hard to eat and so messy!

I enjoyed every bite of the burger..

This Andrew burger is actually the best burgers in Melbourne. It came out in the food magazine so many times. You should have a try! It’s located Bridport Street somewhere in South Melbourne. It’s opposite Commonwealth bank.

Then on the way back! I found my car! I didn’t know I parked it there!

My driver took it for a spin but didn’t come back, at the end, I found my car! woots!

anyways, how I wish I owned a Ferrari,

and I had a great weekend. How about you? hope you did!

Gosh, it’s almost a full month since I’m in Melbourne. Things have been going fine, despite the rush and speed walking to Uni to get to class on time this few days. Although with superb time management, I’m still backed by a few minutes. Lucky enough, by time I reach class, the lecturer is about to start! Fuh*

Been talking to my sis back in Malaysia, and she says I can’t get Nasi Lemak and so on! Who says so!

woots! after 2 weeks in Melbourne, I’m starting to crave for the food which have been stuck in my head for years!

ever since, my brother bought this from Victoria Market for me when I first came here in 2003, I simply loved it! It’s so fluffy, and it’s best eaten hot!

Not only that, the strawberry jam blends the taste of flour to make it sweet! It’s awesome!

It’s called American Doughnuts..

I’m gonna put on weight!

The price is also quite reasonable, if you don’t convert it back to Ringgit, then it will be fine..

For 6 pieces, it’s about 4 dollars something..

about 90 cents each..

which is quite cheap..

some days, you can get it at a cheaper price, even better, if you’re the last customer of the day, you get what’s left for free!

Later that day, we went to IKEA!

Since there was a storm the day before,

all the leaves were blown down, and I manage to get this!

just needed some skills and experience..

I think I’m gonna put on weight! which would be a good thing I guess, As I feel like a dwarf standing among the people here..

First Hail storm

This morning, it was superb! The weather was great and so pleasant. Although i was sunburn, i hardly care.

Woke up quite late, around 10.45 and my brother suggested to head to Queen Victoria market for lunch and as well to get some groceries.

And this was my brunch!

a huge pancake that filled my stomach for the whole day.

I guess, Twan Tzee is going to get so jealous!

while my brother had some French toast and latte.

Moreover, my brother also commented on the weather when he was watching tv, saying that Melbourne will be having thunderstorm. But, when I looked out the window, there were hardly any clouds in the sky, which was weird and I thought the forecast was totally wrong

Until, I saw the clouds started to roll into Melbourne and cover in just 30 minutes, it was so dark!

and that’s when all the drama started,

It was an crescendo of sounds coming, We could hear it coming closer and closer, and by the time it came! It poured down hard! and it was a Hail storm. So many Hailstones started pouring down from the sky. Our balcony quickly filled up with this!

It was quite scary but yet fun! It was my first time experiencing it!

I was actually very enthusiastic to go out to the road and see what happen, but we rather stay covered! =)

Orientation & 1st week of Uni

I can remember, last year, I was just getting to know some people in college, but now! I’m already in UNI! That’s so fast!

Last week, we had our orientation. For my faculty, it was different from others, as my orientation was a 2-day event, 1 in the city campus and the other day in Bundorra campus. This is because, for my 3rd and 4th year, my studies will be held there as there are more laboratory stuff there.

On the first day of orientation, it was no doubt boring, but I had fun at the end. While orientation and after the lunch break, we were all gathering at the lecture hall, all of the sudden, a lecturer came into the lecture hall and announced that the whole building had to evacuated! Due to some leakage that might harm everyone! and thus! half a day cut short! which meant, I could walk around the city and explore! wuhu!!

On the second day, we headed to Bundorra! I was lucky to reach Uni in time to catch the bus! *FUH* This day however, was so different from the 1st day, where we had to work in groups and design something that prevents an egg from breaking when dropped from a height.

After so much of brainstorming,

and tough discussions, we finally made this! It looks like a squid but has so many unique features, like a crumple zone at the front, bungee cords tied to the egg to make it bounce up and down in the cylinder and wings to produce drag.

That was the height, everyone was trying to beat..

FORTUNATELY! our design worked thou it wasn’t so impressive, but it worked!

After that day, I manage to catch the last Night Market held in Queen Victoria market of this summer. There were so much food and this is the first time I ate so much oysters!! They were very cheap!

On Thursday Night,

I had O PARTY!!

It was nice and happening, but didn’t stay there for long and I was already tired!

During the weekend, we went over to my sister’s place and had dinner together with my brother’s close friend, Ken Way.

I had a good time laughing, teasing, being teased and cooking!!

Ken Way made Siew Yok, while Eric made Char Siew! I might have put on a few Kilo’s that day!

I am actually quite lucky, I thought I enrolled late and wouldn’t be able to get a good timetable, but after much effort of sorting out the timetable, this is the result of it. I’m quite free on Wed and Thurs.

Hello! Melbourne!

after a superbly sleepless 7 hour 20 minute journey

I’ve arrived in Melbourne!!!!

Finally touched down at Melbourne around 8.45 and was grateful that the airport was pretty empty that the immigration process was pretty fast and there were no delays! by 10 oclock, I was already at my brother’s apartment.

As we haven’t taken our dinner, we walked to somewhere, I’m not really sure as it was dark.. and have..

Pizza’s!!

This is my first dinner in Australia!

We were pretty lucky as it was about 10.30 and the shop that we went closes at 11.

Today, would be the 1st day of my 2 day orientation. Will blog more about that.

My close friend, my neighbour, my classmate, my car pool mate, my college mate, my tuition-mate. Just departed to Adelaide to pursue his studies! and he is Liew Wei Han.

Everyone met up at the airport to send him off. Even though some were very very late.

Smiles on everyone’s face.. thou in everyone’s heart, were sad that he’s going overseas..

Wei Han is the first 5 Kensett to fly off to another country..

Palembang trip

Of course you have read about Parameswara the founder of Malacca in the early 1400, right? and yes! I had a chance to go to the birthplace of Parameswara. Well, not really the origin but in Sumatra itself. It was a late decision by my dad to bring me there and I didn’t regret. I thought it was going to be boring and all that, but I looked at the positive side. It was actually an eye opener to what the world has gone into.

So, the journey there…

Well, the plane wasnt exactly empty, since we were had the privilege to board the plane first, i manage to get some pics of the plane empty!

after travelling for a good 3 hours from Palembang to Sekayu,

We finally reached the hotel, the distance was only about 160KM, but as some stretches was really bad, which caused the delay.

We stayed at Ranggonang Hotel for 3 nights..

The hotel was the best hotel around the area,

so I didn’t complain but just appreciated on what i had.

and here’s my dad, at the mass.

My dad’s main purpose of this visit is to visit the flood that has been troubling the managers and people in Sekayu, thus we were required to go the field and check the flood out..

I was well prepared with the RED BOOTS!

with the water that high, no fruit bunches could be taken, thus no profit..

After lunch, it was raining! a heavy downpour..

even though there was a downpour,

there were street kids begging for money at traffic lights..

pity them..

but we were lucky,

that the rain stopped and we manage to see this iconic bridge of Palembang. It’s Ampera bridge.. made during the Dutch invasion..

This trip has really opened my eyes to the other side of the world, where people are still suffering from poverty. Not only that, I manage to see how my dad travels every week to this type of estates and have to go through all this unconditioned areas..

I had a dilemma, a big dilemma! it was about the decision whether to go to Melbourne or Adelaide.

Both have pro’s and con’s..

and both will result in two different world.

For Adelaide, there would be a few friends, however for Melbourne, my brother and sister are there!

it’s about 800km that separates Melbourne to Adelaide, and to drive, it’s like driving from Johor to KL. Not to say that you can speed like Malaysia.

If I accepted Adelaide, I would be going to Adelaide Uni, whereas for Melbourne would be Royal Melbourne Of Institute of Technology or more commonly known as RMIT. Both offer the same course that I want and both have almost the same tuition fees.

However, Adelaide U is higher ranked compared to RMIT for Engineering and other general courses.

But then, accordingly RMIT is better known for it’s practical hands on assignments and test. So which one now?

But wait! lets put it this way, I’ve bought my flight ticket already! and it’s to Melbourne!!

Thus, I’m going to RMIT!

Here’s the map of Australia. And guess what! Melbourne is considered in the middle of Sydney and Adelaide! that means! We should have gatherings in Melbourne. Pp’s from Adelaide can drive to Melbourne, meet me up and then carry on to Canberra and meet Chun Liang up and finally to Sydney to meet Melissa up! sounds like a plan? =)

Anyways, to those going to Tasmania, good luck there. It’s a good place. and to those going overseas! Hopefully we keep ourselves in touch okay? or else we are OUT-touch.

That’s for now, have to start preparing ourselves for CNY!!! wee~~~

As Kok Siang has almost everything! We had the toughest time to choose his birthday gift. It went all they way from toys to cutlery to cushions to wallets to belts to almost everything!

till! We bought him a bag! A laptop bag to be precise. For his convenience to carry his laptop to Uni as well as to remember us!

OKay, back to his Birthday!..

We brought him to HARD ROCK CAFE!

It was also a hard decision to make, and thus, we ended up at HARD ROCK cafe.

To tell you the truth! I really had fun there!

and had a great time talking to them.

It was a surprise, even though 50 years has lapsed,

Ali ( my dad’s classmate ) manage to remember all the teachers and friends name and they were both happily chatting about their passed times.

Manage to talk to their daughter, who was born in Germany,

too bad, she’s going off to Vancouver for her studies. Wish you luck Ely!

What I’m trying to say is,

No matter how bad or good your friend is, in years to come, you will still be friends!

How to check? well..

just put your rice in the water, if it floats, means it hollow..

To abstain the flee from going into your rice, my mum places a dried RED CHILI into the rice bag.

After being postponed once as it was too full to go. We were back at Taman Pertanian Bukit Cahaya! For? FLYING FOX!

well, not exactly flying fox this time, just for the extreme trail that we have been waiting for. This time, we had new faces this time. Most of them from HB1!

We met up at college about 8 am. Thank everyone for being so punctual. And we quickly embarked our way to Shah Alam.

On the way, guess how many times the convoy could break up?

2 times!

one was Kerinchi Link turning off towards Shah Alam, and the back part of the convoy turned towards Mid Valley instead.

Second was the roundabout at Shah Alam. I turned 3 o’clock. Whereas part of it went 12 oclock. Leading them back to the highway and head towards Port Klang. Another delay.

Well, during the wait.. I manage to get something to eat courtesy of Twan Tzee and her mom! Thanks!!

Results are out! and it was totally unexpected! Well, I’m not gonna boast about my results but it’s really unexpected for me.

i achieved a Tertiary Education Ranking (TER) of 81.15

And here are my results..

English as Second Language (ESL) – 16

Specialist Mathematics – 15

Physics – 14

Maths – 14

Chemistry – 13

well, I dont know why on earth my Chemistry ended up only at 13. But I’m sorry Ms Tan!

I enjoyed every class with you teaching and i would ever in my wildest dream how we manage to get a chemistry teacher like you=)

As many students will do after receiving their results, would be looking for the next step forward.

here are my next steps.

or Adelaide U’s

Many ppl say Adelaide like ULU.. err i mean very rural and small. I believe not. Some even say it’s like Semenyih or Nilai. Lol. For your info! it’s a city!

Well, i actually have not really decided yet. I have this two options for me to choose.

For now, will have to wait for my application and confirmation to go through which will only be out on the first week of January as RMIT is having a Christmas Holiday.

Anyways, i hope i manage to continue my studies abroad! and i wish you too could follow me too (TT)

Volvo Breakdown..

The title says it all.. Well.. Don’t need to say what happened, but I had an experience of the year. While driving towards Damansara through Bangsar on the Federal Highway, i felt something strange towards this Antique Awesome Ass-kicking Volvo of mine..

First of all, the car was feeling a little heavier than usual. Thus, i took it easy not wanting to stress the car by going slow and gradual on the gears and as well on the engine.

Approaching the Bangsar turnoff ramp, there was a queue waiting at the traffic light, thus i slowed down and thats when my car stalled.

Trying to turn on the engine, it failed! after many tries and the front cars moving, it still didn’t want to start.

And that’s when the gruesome wait started. I rolled my car back down and parked at the side.

Lucky, a few days ago. My mum manage to get hold of the Swedish Marque number who has a workshop at Sg. Besi. After contacting them, they then connected me to Volvo Mid Valley instead.

Well, to be honest, they are quite efficient. In just 15 minutes, the foreman came and checked the car out and found out that the timing belt has gave way. The only way to bring the car back was to tow the car.

After some discussion and price comparison, the foreman recommended me to send my car back to Taman Segar Volvo man. And even gave me his friend who operates a tow truck..

I was lucky enough, to get out of the striking sun and stand in the shade of the overhead bridge.

Half an hour later, the tow truck came. I was surprised that it wasn’t those tow truck that pulls from the front but this, pulls the car up to it’s back. After lot’s of hard work adjusting the car, finally the car was up and ready to be towed back to Taman Segar.

Seriously, when the Volvo didn’t have any power steering, it was a muscle aching effort to steer the car up the ramp. Thanks to some hydraulics, the car was pulled up.

And I would thank Twan Tzee for accompanying me, although there was lot’s of complication of where I was. But it was better then nothing! Thanks!=) Couldn’t be better!

The Tmn. Segar Volvo was as usual, pack and filled with cars. But as the uncle promised me that he will do up my car in just a few days. I hope he does a good job!

I’m finally gonna change the HORN of the Volvo. Making it more HORNy=P *hahahah!* Gonna make it louder.

Well, going to Malacca tomorrow.

Whoever who are stuck. Need a towing service? i can help you call that guy up. Accordingly it’s quite cheap. Roughly RM130.

I’ve always come across my parents talking about this restaurant!

“IT’s UNDER A BIG TREE!” and “IT’s In TAYNTON!”

i always wonder where in Taynton could this restaurant be!?

Well, the other day! i finally found it!

Where?

BACKALLEY! of one of the rows..

My dad and I actually searched for any tree around Taynton to look for this shop. After a few tries going rounds and rounds.. We found it!

From the personal view, you wouldn’t think that this shop would be nice as the environment wasn’t really clean. But however, this is the amazing part of Malaysia’s restaurants! Cleanliness does not take into the food as the food was awesome! Cheap and finger licking good..

This shop is only opened during lunch hours and closed on Mondays..

As it was only my dad and me, we ordered only a main dish and a side dish..

For the main dish, we had curry stingray and side dish was toufu..

The stingray was prepared well, together with some long beans, tomato’s and lime for those who love’s a little sour taste…

On top of that, the curry had a very fragrant smell which satisfied our lunch..

Well, even now im already feeling hungry=P

Sunway Lagoon

First of all! HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY MS KOH!

Although you didn’t teach my class, I know that all the Bio students love you!

In collaboration with her birthday, we went to Sunway Lagoon to celebrate!

2 Bio class including 1 double math class attended.

A total of 19 people rocked Sunway Lagoon yesterday!

We met up at 10.45 in front of the Lagoon, and had a the hardest decision of which park to go to. Well, there was 4 packages. Either

1 park only
2 park ( Dry and Wet park)
3 park ( Dry, Wet and Extreme or Scream or Wildlife Park)
5 parks ( all parks )

We then choose 3 parks, since we were already late.. we took the Dry, wet and extreme park. Thinking it would be fun and thrilling.

The entrance fee was RM60 as we had a 20% discount for every MYKAD holder.

At first, i thought that was about it to what i am going to spend, till when we had to pay for our lockers too! and it’s RM5 for every locker and can be used for once only!

Even that, 2 scoops of ice cream is RM6! Meaning a scoop is RM3!

not only that, a chicken cheese burger is RM7.50! I could get a set of McChicken at McD!

Now i really know how Sunway can make money!

For those who are planning to go there, be prepared to spend or else, eat as much as you can before heading towards Sunway Lagoon.

Well, this is actually my 4th or 5th time in Sunway lagoon, but i still love the water park!

After the wet park, we went for the Extreme park, where it was most BORING!

At first glance, what does extreme mean?

From the dictionary, Extreme means- the furthest or highest degree of something!

Well, to me! it’s not even close to extreme! it’s like a KIDDIE PARK!

First of all, ATV’s! i thought we were allowed to roam everywhere in a circuit and do whatever we want!

BUT NO! we were controlled by two workers! It’s like you’re walking with chains!

Flying fox! it was worst.. 210M long…Yes, that sounds far.. otherwise.. NOT FUN! You’re actually tied up to 2 cables not 1!

Well, one thing i have noticed, the workers there are mostly bangladeshi’s or some east Asia people. They were not even polite or dont even have a sense of humanity. It’s like they were forced to work there. Remember SYSTEM KANGANI during the MALAYA time. But this time, they get to work at the THEME PARK! not building railways!

Well, there was a little sad back when it started drizzling around 2 to 3 PM.. but after that.. we continued our rides!

after 6, the theme park started to close up. and we cleaned up and decided to head to YUEN’s steamboat restaurant across the highway as we all skipped our lunch.

Well, at Yuen’s Restaurant, was ate our hearts out with all the food.

It is so nice that!

It just takes 10 seconds for a tray of chickens to finish!

They even placed two metal bars in the middle so that people wont use plates to pick up the chicken!

Even before a fresh tray could reach,

people are already surrounding the table waiting for the tray to open!

After paying up, and Jimmy still eating. Colleen and Me went to Wei Han’s car as they were waiting for us. As we were approaching Wei Han’s car, we saw this!

WH was shocked and his jaw dropped!

I was also shocked and quickly checked his car for anything missing. We then called the rest to come help out, Wei Han couldn’t believe in front of his eyes that we were robbed!

We then called the police! and guess what!

Instead of the police coming to the crime scene! we had to drive the car there! omg! how hopeless!

And AAM.. another hopeless company, accordingly, they had to ask let the PANEL to decide and will return the call!

Imagine you’re in an EMERGENCY..

YOU: i am robbed and i need assistance

AAM: wait arr.. i have to tell the panel and let them DISCUSS and they will DECIDE! we will call you back!

It was so ridiculous.. Wei han’s dad called him up after hearing about the incident and was told to drive back home and will repair the next day.

After taking off all the broken glass, we decided to tape the edges so that the other glass wont drop while driving back.

And that’s when we found out.. While i went back to Yuen to get some cellophane tape to tape the edges.. Yuen’s owner and Son *MS TAN’s BF* asked whether we opened the boot before we went into the restaurant. Recalling back, Colleen asked wei han to open to boot to put her stuff in as Colleen needed a ride back to Cheras. And thats when! we have been watched!

Well, behalf of Wei Han, i would like to thank the group for help clean and keep an eye of the car while we were trying to settle things out!

It seems that it happens in that area very often!

so a plain reminder! DO NOT OPEN YOUR TRUNK IF YOU'RE DECIDING TO PARK THERE especially at night! no matter where you are!

The trip to sungai Pele(i)k would be remembered among 6 people.

We travelled to Sg. Pelek last Saturday to get a weekend off from the city.

It’s somewhere near Sepang and towards the beach side. The place is also known as Sepang Gold Coast.

If you manage to fly across the Straits of Malacca, towards Australia. You will come across this palm looking thing in the sea by the coast. Well, I finally found out that it was Gold Coast Sepang. This palm tree looking is actually Bungalows and chalets for sale. Accordingly the bungalows starting price is about 3 million.. Yes, i said it, 3 MILLION!

What would you get if you might have bought that house,

If this two do not make you think twice, i wonder what will. For 3 million, i guess you can get something better else where.

Our journey took nearly an hour from KL, as I was taking my sweet time driving until I was being rushed to reach the vacation house.

Once arrived, we urgent to the kitchen to start preparing for our BBQ at night.

After the kitchen work, we route ourselves to the Gold Coast!..

Not the one in Australia, but sadly, Sepang!

The Beach wasnt that clean and fascinating, but as expected, It’s MALAYSIA!

Well, the beach was quite nice till this came..

We were all enjoying running and playing our RM5 kite, till this came across the horizon..

And it rained hard!

So, we quickly rush back to the vacation house and started our BBQ..

It actually took 4 people including Twan Tzee’s sister, to start up the fire. And the best part is, CHUN LIANG is a scout! but yet, he couldnt get the charcoal burning! FAIL for you CHUN LIANG!

After some hard time, we manage to get the charcoal burning,..

Do you see and resemblance between Twan Tzee and her brother?

The chicken turned out well, Thank Chun Liang for the help!

BBQ pictures are with JJ, as he brought his DSLR, will wait for him then..

After the BBQ, we actually drove off to the beach again at 11pm. We were all hyped up as we sat the REXTON. At the beach, we found ourselves in the middle of a Mat Rempit circuit. We were all fright up. Hearing them twisting the throttle full, and doing all the stunts. When we found a carpark, we quickly ran to the beach away from the road. Thinking it will be safe. After awhile, letting the mat rempit settle down, we quickly ran back to the car and locked ourselves. And thats when the drama started. JJ tried to start his car, but it failed. Again and agan, after many tries, it still fail to start up.. JJ thought it was a common problem and kept twisting the key. But it didnt want to start! We were all on our toes as the mat rempit was around our area.

After awhile and many tries, we decided to get out the car and go back to the beach, as we thought of letting the car cool down.

As time passed, we went back to the car and tried again! With all our fingers crossed, hearts beating fast. The car fooled us again! It didn’t want to start!

JJ then called his parents for some advice as it was his dad’s car.

JJ: Pa, the car wont start laa..

JJ’s dad: Did you pump Petrol into the car?

JJ’s face suddenly turned pale and sweat started rolling down. He then said yes and put down the phone, and he recalled that he put Petrol and as not DIESEL! He was shocked and didn’t notice that the Rexton runs on DIESEL! Not only that, he pumped in about RM50 of petrol, which comes up to 30L of fuel! that is a lot!

We had no choice but to call Twan Tzee’s dad to pick us up and send us back. Credits to Twan Tzee’s dad for the help.

The following day, JJ’s dad’s foreman came and help suck out the petrol and poured in Diesel, and the car manage to start!

We were all relieved!

As from that day onwards, JJ learned his lesson!

We all went back to KL that night itself, and stayed back at my house to watch FOOTBALL! Finally Liverpool won!!

It has been going great and still doing well without Mummy around! weee~~!!! =) Now i know, managing and maintaining a house isn’t easy as what you think! I wonder how my mum makes things look pretty easy. Even after all those cleaning, the house seems to get back to square one in just 3 days! *nkfdnfasofnsaf*

Well, i have to

Feed the dogs
Pick up their poo
sweep the floor
mop the floor
wash the dishes
wipe the tables
Wash clothes
hang out the clothes
iron the clothes
water the plants
etc…
etc…

This is a post i missed last week.

Did i mention that i went for the second day of Igudesman and Joo?

the second show was way better then the first day! because it was more on the 2 main character rather than the solo violinist Kremer. But no matter what, i had fun for both days.

For the second day, everyone had a chance to get their autographs. Well, we took the chance!

Even thou off stage, this 2 artist jokes around, making people laugh and enjoy!

After all, we enjoyed our time at MPO. All of us thought it would be a 120minutes show. But turned out to be a 90 minute show without any break.

After that day, we had dinner with Ms. Tan and Ms Puah at Yuen’s steamboat restaurant in Sunway. Accordingly it’s a very famous steamboat restaurant and has been up and running 6 years ago.

Not only that! The owner’s son is Ms. Tan’s BF!

Couldn’t get much pictures as it’s still with Kok siang. Will upload once i get hold of it..

This coming Friday, which is tomorrow, a reunion of form 5 2008 students! there would be a football match back in school field.

Went back to school to seek permission from Mr. Chin, and found out quite a few interesting stuff.

a phone call from my aunt and I couldn’t believe that i was making my way to Philharmonic to get my tickets!

Alright, first of all, i would like to apologize to my mum. Sorry!

Your mopping pail gave way while i was mopping the floor. I might have exerted to much force on it.

I ended up laughing at myself of my stupidity! gosh!

As we always travel back and fourth Jln Istana,

we finally decided to stop by and visit The King.

so that day came, and we took a slow drive there.

Parked and came down to sightsee

It looked like an ordinary day,

and when all the sudden.. A long limo drives up the gate!

who do you think it was?

It was Najib himself!

If you zoom closely you can see Najib waving..

and as we were the only one’s there! and he was waving! means he was waving at us! wuahaha! what a way to start our day. Well.. we manage to get some photos of ourselves in front of the palace.

it’s 500 hours to go..

Before we sit at our own tables..

scratching our heads to the answer..

and it’s about time, we realize that Finals is just creeping it’s way to us..

We,

pack ourselves,

in pain and suffering,

just for that 5 3-hour endurance test to prove ourselves eligible for the crème of all U’s..

What else would we endure ourselves for this?

Just like the soldier fighting for His country…
